Andys Spyrou
Founder and chairman of Andy Spyrou Group. He has been a businessperson since 1977 when he founded his first company, the Andy Spyrou Motor Market Ltd, which was activated in the sector of car sales. Previously he had worked in various enterprises with last the company Dimadi where he had possessed the position of regional director of Limassol and Pafos. At the beginning of 1980s he foresaw the impact of tourism in Cyprus economy and consequently he founded relevant companies such as those dealt with travel, tourism and car rental. As member of Administrative Council of PACRO he played a leading part in the integration with KEVE. Later as the chairman of PACRO he managed to persuade all the other car rental associations of car rental owners to join PACRO for the better promotion of their interests. -
Costas Tsirides
Mr. Tsirides is a lawyer. He studied law in London and he was a professor in Law Tutors before he returned to Cyprus. He has been practicing law in Cyprus since 1970 and he is the founder and owner of Costas Tsirides Law Office. He served as a Chairman of Lawyers’ Association of Limassol, Vice-president of Cyprus Lawyers’ Association and member of the Legal Council of Cyprus. He is the co-chairman of the Special Court for the Determination of Compensations from the British Sovereign Bases as well as the Chairman of the organization of Legal Studies (Themis). -
George M. Georgiades
He studied hotel and tourist management in the Centre International de Glion in Switzerland and then economic sciences in the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. He also studied at the University Cornell in the USA. His obtained his experience in the hotel industry by being the General Director of Amathus Hotel in Limassol, (1976-1996). Throughout all these years he was a member of the board for many public companies such as Amathus Shipping Company Ltd and Claridge Investments Ltd.Activities within the Tourist Sector
- Founder and Chairman of Cyprus hotel Managers Association 1982 - 1991. Since 1992 he holds the title of Honorary Chairman
- He was a member of the board of the Cyprus Hotel Institute and president of its academic committee
- Founder and former Chairman of Skal Club in Limassol
- Member of many advisory delegates as the Coordinative Committee of Tourism CTO, the Committee of Hotels of CTO, the Committee of Growth of Human Potential for the Hotel Industry of Beginning of Cyprus Human Resource Authority
- Chairman of the Committee for Tourism Studies of the Democratic Rally
- Member of the governmental Advisory Body of Tourism.
Other Activities
- In August 1999 he was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Cyprus Electricity Authority for three years. His reign has been renewed in 2002 for another three years
- Member of Administrative Council of the Bank of Cyprus Group, member of the board of many public companies such as Louis Ltd, Options Cassoulides Ltd, A.S.G. Ltd, Louis Hotels Ltd, Cyprus Tourism Development Company Ltd, and Cyprus Sulphur and Copper Company Ltd.
- Member of Administrative Council of KEVE and Honorary Secretary of the Commercial and Industrial Chamber of Limassol
- In the period between 1994 -1996, he was also Chairman of the board of Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation.

Mary Petridou Spyrou
She is the director of the Travel Department of A.S.G. (Andy Spyrou Group) Public Ltd (Honeywell Travel). She studied business management (BSc) in England in the Lancashire University and she joined the family business since 1987. She created and organized the IATA licensed offices for the company and the department of outgoing tourism. She is a member of various social groups and charitable institutions. -
Neoklis Thoma
He is a graduate of Laniteio Lyceum of Limassol and he attended a lots of Educational Seminars and Professional Congresses in Cyprus and abroad. In 1968, he established his own Insurance Company. At the same time he was engaging in some trade activities as well as real estate. In 1982 along with other businesspersons he founded the first public insurance company under the name Filiki Insurance. He is member of the board for a number of public companies. -
Savvas Spyrou
Ηe studied and obtained BSc in Business Administration. In addition he acquired Masters in Business Administration in the University of Kent at Canterbury. Upon his return to Cyprus in 1991 he served the family business from various positions. In 1993 he became General Manager of Andy Spyrou Rentals and generally responsible for the entire car rental operations, which by the way it is the bigger car rental company in Cyprus. Since 1998, he is the secretary of Administrative Council of PACRO (Cyprus Assocoation of Car Rental Owners). -
Spyros Spyrou
Vice-president and Managing Director of A.S.G. (Andy Spyrou Group) Public Ltd. He studied Business Management and Economics in the University of La Verne (BSc, Magna Cum Laude) with postgraduate study in the Administration of Enterprises (M.A.) in the University of Kent at Canterbury. After the completion of his studies he joined immediately the family businesses so much in the administrative as well as in the operational part. After a while he was responsible for establishing companies for both incoming tourism (Honeywell Tours) and for conferences and incentives (Honeywell Incentives). He is in the Board of Directors of Top Ten Tours Ltd. He is also a member of the travel agents association, president of CIMA (Cyprus Incentives and Meetings Association), member of the board of CIC (Commercial and Industrial Chamber) of Limassol as well as member of various other local and international associations. -
Tonys Antoniou
He studied information technology at the Imperial College of London University (BSc Hons In Computing Science) with a postgraduate degree from the City University Business School (MSc in Business Systems of Analysis and Design). After he returned to Cyprus he deals with enterprises in the sector of Information technology and Computers. He is the chairman of CIC (Commercial and Industrial Chamber) of Limassol and member of Executive KEVE. He is also a Chairman/Administrative Adviser to various public and private enterprises. He has been a Chairman of the Technology/Business Association (SEP) of KEVE. He is member of British Computer Society as well as a member of many other local and international associations.
