• 1977
  The first business activity of Andy Spyrou Public Ltd started back in 1977 by its founder Mr Andy Spyrou, with the formation of Andy Spyrou Motor Market Ltd.

  In the ‘80s the company expanded into Car Rental and has grown to become the country’s largest company in the field.

  In 1987 Honeywell Travel Ltd was established that operated all travel and tourism activities, including providing service to Incentives and Conference Organisers.

  The Tranhelios Travel and Tours Limited has been established as a private Limited Liability company with its registered headquarters at 38-40 Omonoias Avenue in Limassol.

  Foreseeing the need for specialisation, Mr Spyros Spyrou (today’s Managing Director for the ASG group) in 1990 set up a separate operation under the name Honeywell Incentives to differentiate the DMC operation from the other activities in the group. Since 1990, a large number of Incentives and Conference Organisers trusted their Cyprus group programmes to Honeywell Incentives. At the moment Honeywell Incentives is the biggest Destination Management Company in Cyprus. On December, 2004, Honeywell Incentives has been awarded by the World Tourist Organization as the best DMC in Europe!

  In 1999, all separate companies in the Andy Spyrou Group including Honeywell Incentives and Honeywell Travel merged into one holding company under the name Transhelios Travel and Tours Limited.

  On the 21^st of January, 2000, the name of the company changed from Transhelios Travel and Tours Limited to A.S.G. Ltd

  On the 17^th of March, 2000, the company has been transformed to a public company according to the governmental Law of Incorporation, Chapter 113.

  ASG Ltd was successfully listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange as of April 2001.

  On 1^st of July, A.S.G. Ltd has entered into a partnership agreement with Organosis Event Management, which is one of the most reputable Destination Management Company in Greece.

  In December, 2004, ASG Ltd has been renamed and continues trading in the Cyprus Stock Exchange as A.S.G (Andy Spyrou Group) Public Ltd.
